[Toughram DDR4 4000mhz 8gb stick not lighting up]

Hi Lily, well it happened that i left all 4 sticks installed anyway and  after a couple hours the bad one just lighted up but in crazy colors, so i unistalled all rgb software and flushed capacitors turning off the power supply and pressing power button for 10 seconds and all sticks worked fine

i just bought a 16gb set, and one of them does not seem to light up. i already have another 2 x 8gb sticks and they work properly. I tried installing only the "bad" one and same behaviour, light does not come up. I tried toughram software also but nothing. Any fix please ? thank you

Hi, problem solved. I wrote to Amazon and they sent me another similar unit, i changed it and the computer immediately recognized the usb connection.

I have tried BIOS Settings, Different USB port, different USB cable, i am thinking of returning that PSU and exchange for something else.  Please Help.
