[TT RGB Level 20 mech gaming keyboard (1 year old) is acting up.]

I bought this keyboard (which I love) about a year ago. It was working last night and today its busted.
It worked great with or without the iTake engine.
The keys are now acting funny.. like im pressing F11 or 12 at the same time. Some keys just print out garbage.
I cant do a hardware reset (Fn+ESC for 5 seconds). Nothing resets. 
 

A fresh installation of Windows 10 didnt fix anything. The 1 A and "Down Arrow" on the right hand side of the keyboard just flash on and off once a second. 

Please help. This backup KB is like typing on a sponge and im pressing backspace every word.
