Start up the program, Go to device manager uninstall the device it should be a USB hub with a warning triangle. rescan on the blue window up top and it should apper in the program screen. Screen shots are coming. This is not a fix however it is a work around. I might be able to fix it by renaming the controller , however I haven't attempted that yet.
