  1. Hi brezzo, sorry for the caused, you can surely have it replaced from the store where you get the keyboard from. As we do not have any similar issues found from all the RGB keyboards we have here. :)

Yeah, I figured as much. I'm not really bothered by it enough to send off my keyboard (bought it online) and have to wait probably over a week for a replacement, lol. I love it too much to part with it for that long

  2. you can try to reset the keyboard colors by holding Fn+Esc for few seconds and see whether the issue resolves. :)

This somewhat resolved the issue. I think it might be software related (no surprises there, the software with this keyboard is pretty clunky and horrible to be 100% honest). It is no longer lit up like it was, however I noticed that exact pattern of keys did flash the same dull red again a few times, so I expect it to return.

I need yet another PC reboot thanks to this software, it simply doesn't work half the time and I have attempted many different troubleshooting options.. Probably the worst part about this great keyboard.

  3. Hello,

So I've had my poseidon Z RGB for about 4 days now, and I love it.. However...

I have noticed when I turn the brightness all the way down, or have a profile which has some keys not lit up, they glow red. It appears to only be F8, 8, I, K, N, and forward slash (numpad) keys. They glow a very faint red :\

If that particular key is illuminated, it's fine, but I feel like if I want to have a fully dimmed layout for whatever reason (using reactive or arrow flow, etc), it is very noticeable.

Attached is a picture with the backlight 100% OFF, and yet you can see these keys softly glowing (camera makes them seem brighter)

The direction of the problems (aside from the num "/" key) makes me think there is some sort of circuit underneath doing something it shouldn't be. Hmm. Happens on any PC I plug it into. Guess it's hardware related. Ah well.. It's nothing I'm going to lose sleep over, but kinda makes the reactive/arrow flow modes very annoying to look at when not in use! And I don't particularly feel like RMA if I have to live without the other great features this keyboard has in the mean time :(
