[Challenger Pro software issues]

Hello, I've had this Challenger Pro for quite a bit and I used to be able to use OBS to record and stream with OBS with no problems. But, Now when I try my keyboard loses power and turns on and off constantly to where I can't play and record what so ever. I tried using the Driver and the program and this is what it says:

Even though it's plugged in and I'll replug it and it will still say the same. Does anyone have the slightest clue of what I can do or get a replacement?
