[COMMANDER Gaming Keyboard Problem :(]

Hello guys, i've bought this Commander gaming keyboard a few days ago and finally i've opened it plugged it in my PC and i honestly loved it! it works and eveything.

 

 

But when i run my CS:GO Game my keyboard got locked in-game and i cant do anything its not working eveything just stopped and i cant move

 

i tried to press FN+F11 keyboard lock function key in-game and it didnt do anything, and when i closed the game the keyboard start working again.

 

and if i run the game again the keyboard lock again, idk why?

 

someone help me plz.
