[Problem with Black Element]

Just came to tell that I got the problem solved, it was actually my antivirus Avast blocking the BlackElement.exe. I simply turned off my antivirus and now I'm ready to frag again!

I downloaded the software from the website and I still get the same error. I even tried to use the Firmware updater before installing but that didn't help either.

A few days ago I wanted to start using my old Black Element gaming mouse again, and I can't seem to install its software anymore. During the installation, I get this message:

 

 

"File Error

 

The following error occured on the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Tt eSPORTS\Tt eSPORTS BLACK Element\BlackElement.exe'.

At that point I can choose to cancel the installation, try again or skip. If I skip, the setup finishes, which requires a restart of my computer. However, the software doesn't get installed and I can't find it from my PC. 

 

Are there any known fixes for this problem? I have tried System Restore, CCleaner to fix errors, I have defrag'd C:\ but no help.
