    Hi, if you're having a US layout, please make sure you choose ENGLISH (US) for the language when you firstly installed the software.
     
    As what I can see there is that you've chose UK instead of US...because the layout you're showing is our UK layout
     
    Please reinstall the software and choose the correct language
