i contact with this cs1@thermaltake.com  and i got nothing from them

Hi Jeep, I've checked with the team and they are currently busy.

 

I've tested from my end with the mouse and the software downloaded from our software and it works from my end, all profiles can be used and changed.

 

Was the software downloaded from our website? TTESPORTS VOLOS SOFTWARE _V2.0

at the moment i feel i got ignored cuz u have nothing to do with this bug

i download it and nithing happend still same bug  i can use only 6 profiles from 10

ok mate 1st thing thx for answer ya i already try it at another pc and reinstall software i will make a video for what happened and share it with you

i bought a ttesport volous mouse and its was working perfect and i was use my 10 profiles  not i can only use from 1 to 6  and from 7to 10 is buged and i cant switch to them plus when i open the software and click to one of buged profile its to slow to load at software screen i cant reset it or save any thing and i see this i will show u  with screen shot what is saved
