I have had the Challenger Ultimate Keyboard for quite some time (1-2 years), and I have never been able to use the backlight for the keyboard's keys. The main issue is that whenever I turn on my computer, with the Backlight Power Cable plugged in, it tells me that the USB is over-charged, and shuts down automatically. Just today, I bought a Powered-USB Hub (Inland), and although it powers up, the keyboard draws too much power from the Hub as well, and as a result, the Hub shuts down, and does not power the Backlight. I would enjoy any help on the issue, and I would be most thankful If I recieved some solution to this problem. For now, I am typing this all with the keyboard itself. Thankfully, Its main function still works.

Hi, I recently bought this keyboard, saw good reviews and wanted to give it a shot. I like the design and product itself, however am unable to configure the backlight etc without a software for Mac. Anyone know of a software for back?

Hi guys ! I have a problem, 4 buttons of my Challenger Ultimate keyboard are not working: F12, PrtScn, ScrLK, Pause :/ These buttons are located close to each other and have never experienced any liquid / chemical / physical harmful influence. What I have tried: 1. Removed the buttons and tried carefully pressing their membranes 2. Manually disassembled a keyboard and checked that two films with electrical lines and contacts - are correctly located 3. Reset all the keyboard internal profiles Unfortunately, these steps were not enough to fix these buttons (meanwhile, all the other buttons are working) Please tell, what other things I could try - to fix these 4 buttons? (replacing a keyboard is not possible in my case)
