I recently got a challenger prime, and installed the software. Everything worked fine, except the Windows key. So I toggled out of "game mode" as described here, and that made it work. But now the macro keys don't work, unless i toggle it back, which makes Windows key stop working again. How can I have the Windows key and macro keys work simultaneously?

After finally installing a new firmware update for my 3 year old Theron, after the update, all buttons except the profile, Mouse Button 1 and 2 and the scroll wheel stopped working. The DPI up and down, all side buttons stopped working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, i have tried in different PC's and USB's slots, restarting the PC doesn't work. There is no response, even in the profile manager and now the driver is called HID-Compliant Mouse and not Ttesports Theron. I'm not sure what to do and I do not want to buy a new mouse as other than that it works fine. If you would like any additional information, ask in the comments. Thanks Liquidity

I just purchased the Talon blu mouse and I am unaware of any method to program the side bottons. please help. I was under the impression that the side bottons functioned as macro keys that are programmable.

I'm looking into keyboards for my wife to use at her work. They will allow her to bring her own keyboard because she has a doctor's note about tendonitis but she isn't allowed to install any software. So it is a requirement for us that the keyboard be able to be programmed at home and then taken in and still have macros function. Can anyone confirm that this works for this model? She currently uses an MX Green switch Ducky keyboard at home and the slightly stiffer Kaith switches actually appeal to her more then the softer Cherry types. The fact that the macro keys are on both sides is good too for her business use case. Sadly all the fancy lighting will have to get left unused but not a problem if the other features work. So far the only models I have found that I am sure work without installing software are ones that advertise being able to program the keyboard on the fly and have it store the macro. Also does anyone know of any issues with Linux use? I expect it should be fine but just trying to make sure since she also uses that at home. She is getting into programming but doesn't care about hardware so I have to do all the research effort on this side.
