So I was at my local Best Buy yesterday, and picked up a Poseidon Z RGB with blue switches. I got home, unboxed it, plugged it into my Mac, and everything worked great. There was some glitches with key rollover on while connected to the Mac, so I just left it off. Then I connected it to my PC, and downloaded Thermaltake's software. It prompted to do a firmware update to version 22, which I did, and everything seemed to be working fine. Today, I plugged it back into my Mac, and... Nothing. It doesn't illuminate, and no keypresses are registered. I went to "Change Keyboard Type" in System Preferences, and the wizard did not recognize any keypresses. I tried with several other Macs, rebooting, and still - nothing. Deleted the plist file for keyboard settings too. It works great while connected to a PC, but not at all while connected to a Mac. I re-flashed the firmware again, and it still does not work on Mac - it was working great before the firmware update (I believe it had version 11 originally though I'm not completely sure). Any suggestions? I really like the keyboard and don't want to return it, but I can't have a PC-only compatible keyboard, especially if it was working out of the box, then the firmware update took away that functionality. Hi, I recently bought a Blac X Duet 5G for my Mac running El Capitan. Needless to say it does not work. I had it replaced but still the same issue, the iMac just does not recognise the Blac X Duet 5G at all. Thing is, it works perfectly on a Windows 10 machines so I know the issue is with the Mac not recognising the Blac X. So I take a perfectly good sata hard drive plug it into the drive bay and it comes up under Windows explorer just fine, but the mac does not recognise it at all. My system is as follows: iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, Mid 2015) OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 I can see the USB 2.0Bus under the system report as well as USB 3.0 Bus. Updated and it says no updates incase I try to see if there is an update. I can see the Super Drive connected and I can connect any of my other usb drives and sticks to the iMac and they come up just fine. SO, I am pretty sure its an issue with USB3 and the Mac not recognising it, but I can not find any drivers or solutions as to what to do. Help!!! ps Parallels 11 is totally shut down but even when its running I dont get the prompt to choose between Mac or W10.

Hi, I recently bought this keyboard, saw good reviews and wanted to give it a shot. I like the design and product itself, however am unable to configure the backlight etc without a software for Mac. Anyone know of a software for back?

I am a Mac user, I have bought a ttesport poseidon z blue switch to do some works. When I back home plug the keyboard into my mac, there are few buttons I can't use it, such as "Space", "ESC" and " Backspace". Anyone have the same problem and how can i solve it? Are there any software or hardware can help?

Hi! I have a problem. My Black Element Gaming Mouse its working just as a simple mouse in my mac, the macros and special keys don´t work. In my pc they are working perfect, but in mac its only a mouse with left and right click. Does anyone know how can i fix it? Just for the records: The special buttons of my mouse used to work on my mac before, buy now only left and right click work. Thanks!
