Hello, I've an issue with my level10m gaming mouse. The problem is, I can't change my profile. At first it was okay, then i downloaded the ttesports command center. I don't know what i changed, now I can change 4 profiles only. Suppose, it's at profile 3. if I press the button to change the profile, it goes to 5 directly and 5-3 directly. It escapes the profile 4. I tried to fix it many time, but couldn't. And the other thing is, when I change any profile settings, suppose, performance/light color, sometime it malfunctions. I wan't to reboot my mouse. Is there any way to do that?

Hi Guys, is there any way to simulate the "profile change" button like it is possible in c++ with a keyboard event: keybd_event(VK_KEY_A, 0, KEYEVENTF_EXTENDEDKEY | 0, 0); // Example with "A" I would like to write a programm that is able to change the profile automatically, so that the color of my Challenger Ultimate changes from time to time. Or is there maybe even a way to access the color of the leds directly?

My Poseidon Z RGB software crashes whenever i try to load up a saved profile. My system is Windows 7 Ultimate x64, my software version is v2.1.2 and my firmware version is v51. I tried to load an older, saved, Static RGB profile and as soon as i click on the name of the profile, within the software, i get a full software crash. I created a new Static RGB profile, then saved it and when i tried to load it back again the same thing happens. I click the Import profile button and then as soon as I click Open button on the windows file manager the software instantly crashes giving me the error "POSEIDN Z RGB.exe has stopped working", this only happens to me when loading any kind of saved RGB profile. I installed the 1.3 (CheckSum: 5635) firmware update yesterday and now my mouse cant change profiles anymore. Yes it's UNLOCKED. Please help!

Hi everyone! My name is Kevin and I have recently acquired a challenger primer keyboard. So far I am fascinated with the product!I had some issues with the software, but that might be my computer. I have tested my keyboard for almost a month now, and I have a doubt. When I first tested it, whenever I changed profiles with the M keys, the lights on the right which indicate the profile I am using changed according to it. But now, every time I change to another profile the light goes on and off and after a couple of seconds it stays fixed in M1 (all other functions work, if I set red light for profile 3, when I change to profile 3 it changes to red). Is this normal?am I missing something?it is not something I really care, but I guess it should work, If I am using profile 3 (m3) why does it say M1? hope you understand my problem, if not I can try and explain it better. Thanks in advance!
