  1. Hi, I've just purchased the TT eSports Challenger Keyboard, and was under the impression that the wheel, ####, or dial central to the unit was a volume control, like I have had with other media keyboards in the past. It's actually the reason I bought it, because I was searching high and low for a backlit multimedia keyboard with central volume control like I am used to. After exploring the software support for macro control and remapping, I was sad to find that there was no option for remapping this RGB control dial in-built. I tried using the go-to KeyTweak software for remapping the functionality to that of the volume up / volume down keys at the top of the keyboard, but found that in the software's "Teach" mode, rotating the dial didn't feed it an input command, code or function. Is anybody aware of a way that this customisation can be achieved?? I would hate to have to go shopping again for a different keyboard. TLDR: How to remap RGB Dial to Volume Control?
