Hello, I have recently bought the Talon Gaming Mouse, and overall it seems like a great purchase; the mouse feels goodd in hand, the mouse buttons have a good mechanical response, the lighting is mostly satisfactory, it has a woven cord which is always a positive feature, and there is no resistance whilst moving the mouse on a surface. I say 'mostly satisfactory' for lighting because whilst the brathing function works and I can turn the light on an off, I am unable to set the light to 'static'. I know it is supposed to become static when you press the middle mouse button and the DPI button simultaneously, but the mouse doesn't respond to that input. I'm wondering if there might be a bit of software that can reconfigure the mouse's lights to respond to this input again, or if I would have to replace this mouse for that feature. I wouldn't refund this, because otherwise it is a great entry-level mouse, but I do like a static colour. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Cheers, I just want to dive right into the problem here. I bought the TTesports' Talon mouse about 2 months ago (in April 2017) and after a few days i realized that the mousewheel is somewhat broken. Everytime I click it, it seems to trigger multiple clicks instead of just one. It may seem like a superficial problem, but I got into the habit of opening links as new tabs and closing tabs in a browser by clicking the mousewheel. Opening (or closing) 3-7 tabs at once is not very convenient in my opinion. The problem is that I already tried to contact the Support twice (via the technical support at first, then the general support), which did not respond on any form of communication (phone, email or on the website, as there is no "support replies" tab or anything like that). I also tried to get hold of a support-hotline, which -as it seems- does not exist, so now I try to get help here. Off to a few questions: Is this normal? If so, why? If not, how can I claim a new product (it's supposed to work for 2 year and was broken 2 days after purchase)? Also, how does the support usually respond? Maybe I just didn't see their respond, but as of right now I am fairly disappointed with the support of Thermaltake. Thanks for any replies whatsoever and I hope that someone might be able to help me!

Hello! I've just bought my Talon yesterday and now I can't change between the DPIs. It's in its slowest configuration. I've tried to connect it in every USB port I have and also in another computer but it stills the same. I've also read about it and it says that if you press button 3 and DPI button you can LOCK/UNLOCK a color, but I don't really know if that's what happened to mine and it can't get out there. Plz help! I read a lot about this gaming mice and I felt it so good for what I want... What can I do?

I've had my Model No. MO-TLN-WDOOBK-01 Talon Gaming Mouse for a few months now and I've just started experiencing this issue where I can only alternate between the lowest 2 DPI settings, yellow and red. I was wondering if I had simply triggered a setting somehow with the mouse or if it's an issue that indicates hardware degradation but either way I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some assistance regarding this problem. Thank you.

I just purchased the Talon blu mouse and I am unaware of any method to program the side bottons. please help. I was under the impression that the side bottons functioned as macro keys that are programmable.
