astrL Posted January 5, 2015 Report Posted January 5, 2015 Hey, I've been having a weird problem with my mouse - windows (8 x64) does not detect the mouse as Black element. It was working fine for the last year. And the app says "Please plug-in gaming device..". Even after re-installing the software. Any ideas what I can do? Welchcows and TristanSob 2 Quote

Did you try to plug in to another computer / laptop just to test whether it works on another PC? or you can try to uninstall the Software and install the UI again with the firmware update available on our official website, click HERE. astrL Posted January 6, 2015 Author Report Posted January 6, 2015 Hey, tnx for answering. I've just plugged it in another PC and it's detected. But the PC is with Win 7. I have no idea what the problem can be so it suddenly stopped being detected and have double click issues. I've tried to reinstall the UI, but I keep getting 'Please plug in device..'. Same with the other tools. Quote
