double_cola
I absolutely love the Saphira mouse. I use my computer as a designer everyday 9+ hours and this mouse is perfect for design and gaming. This is actually the 2nd Saphira that I have owned because the scroll wheel has broken twice. Its a huge bummer. This most recent mouse has acted the same as the first. The scroll wheel starts clicking oddly and the page starts bouncing and eventually it becomes unusable. Is there any way at all that I can replace the scroll wheel. I dont want to order a 3rd Saphira, I just want mine to work right. Any thoughts? Josephmize, EkbergDOF, ohgeegeorgie and 1 other

Hey double_cola, which country are you from? and when did you purchase the Saphira? We might be able to have a replacement for you if it's still under warranty

Formenager
Should I ask for a replacement or just a refund to Amazon? I've seen too much people with the same problem.

Formenager
This is their response: This is the Thermaltake Customer Service Department Europe. In case of warranty concerns, please first contact your local dealer for further assistance. For direct service, please send us your defective product with a copy of your invoice, a description of the defect, and this mail for exchange. Thermaltake Germany GmbH RMA-CSD/EUOststr.2622844 Norderstedt -Germany- Please note: you are responsible for the cost to ship your defective product back to us, while Thermaltake will take care of shipping the repaired part back to you via DHL. I'll ask for a refund to amazon because shipping cost is almost 1/3 of the prize of the mouse! I'm sorry I won't buy another Thermaltake product.
