Secondly, when you upgrade Windows and Garmin Express fails to upload on Windows. To overcome Garmin Express won’t open issue, download and install the latest version of Garmin Express software. Take a look at minimum system requirements for Windows OS.... Windows 7, 10 with newer version. Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 (included) Screen display (1024 x 768) 1 GB RAM USB port Stable and high speed Internet At Least 20 GB free disk space Sometimes Garmin express configuration files or folders get corrupted.
