Vortexx Posted January 27, 2021 Report Share Posted January 27, 2021 hey guys, I was playing battlefront 2 and the game froze my computer completely. I had to restart it manually with the power button. when I turned the computer back on, only 2/3 of the fans were lighting up with my RGB option selected, and TT RGB PLUS didn't detect the third fan. I unplugged and re-plugged the fan controller (I've had similar problems before, and this usually fixes it). This did not fix the problem of the third fan not lighting up, but I did smell something burning. I started smelling the back of my computer case, and the strongest of the scent was coming from the fan controller. I've plugged and re-plugged the fans in multiple ways, and it seems that the 4th and 5th fan ports do not cause the fan to light up, and the 3rd can light up, but TT RGB PLUS does not detect it.
