My DPSG Smart Power from mobile does not seems to be working (the PSU itself (Toughpower iRGB PLUS 850W Gold - TT Premium Edition),  DPS G in PC & SPM Cloud are all working well)

Only with the issue the Tt DPS G in my iphone as it keep comes back with error "server disconnect" 

Tt DPS G  = version 3.1.6, iPhone XR  = iOS 14.4 

The issue only started happened few days ago - i tried to reinstall Tt DPS G in mobile phone does NOT help
