Yes the standard slot in the Thermaltake Level 10 GT should fit any 200mm fan with the amount of space that is readily available. You also should be able to buy a new 200mm Top Colorshift Fan directly from Thermaltake.

How did your fan replacement go? 

I noticed the side fan needs a special connection, and the front fan is just way too thin for other brands to fit. 

I don't think the jerry-rigging will be that easy if you want noctua's.
