I have had a 10M diamond black mouse for a little under a year and it has suddenly stopped working. This is a replacement that was sent under warranty after my first one had a wire issue. I'm not sure what the problem is this time. I've tried downloading the firmware 1.3 update from its store page, but it didn't recognize a mouse plugged in. Any help?

If it doesn't work on the other computer, than you may need to RMA it.

I have tried calling that number during the hours you posted several time but never got an answer. I have sent and email and have been waiting weeks for a reply. I still have not heard back from the facebook message I sent. How do I get in touch with a customer service representative?

I've the same problem , im from latín América. Please help me , the mouse suddenly stop and i dont know what to do.

Could you describe the question more clearly?

 

You can test it on the other computer, if that doesn't work then please contact our customer service. 

 

If that works, please go back to your computer, open the device manager and find you mouse.
