V21 stacking: orientation

Can the V21 be stacked in any orientation, and must the cases have the same orientation? Are the holes placed symmetrically on all sides? Could the MB orientation on the bottom unit be parallel to the desktop surface, and the MB orientation of the top unit be perpendicular to the desktop/vertical?
