Thermaltake View 91 - Help figuring out the best water cooling and air flow in my new build

Hi, thanks for clicking, hope you are well :) I am seeking advice in setting up the best water cooling configuration for my new PC which will include a custom hard tube water loop (both CPU and GPU running in SLI).  I have never dabbled with water cooling before.

The spec for the computer is as follows:-

I have thus far purchased the Pacific M360 custom water cooling kit - https://www.thermaltake.com/Liquid_Cooler/Liquid_Cooler_/LCS_Kits/C_00003190/Pacific_M360_Plus_D5_Hard_Tube_Water_Cooling_Kit/design.htm

I know I need to add at least another radiator to the setup but I am at a dead end and need your help going forward:-

  1. How many extra radiators and what size do you recommend ( I MAY dabble with overclocking)
  2. Which is the best configuration in terms of the radiators placement?
  3. Should the fans be set to push / pull and on which radiator?
  4. The case has 3 frontal fans but they are shielded by a plane of glass and I am therefore unsure as to how the those fans affect the air cooling.  What is the best set up for air cooing throughout the case?

Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.

Cheers
