Pook Posted June 23, 2019 Report Share Posted June 23, 2019 Hi, Today I bought a Challenger Prime RGB Keyboard/Mouse Combo. I have a new Windows 10 x64 install. ASUS PRME B365M-K motherboard I've installed the drivers but device manager still shows windows default drivers are being used. I tried the firmware update but it says "Device cannot be opened" and then "Please plug in device!" The software flashes briefly on the screen and then closes when I try and run it. I've tried all USB ports, removing the drivers, running the install and then plugging everything back in.
