    I have sync controller connected to gigabyte x299 gaming 7 and if i connect more than 3 fans to it does not act right the lights start flickering etc...

      Hi, 

      Gigabyte has really fast modes, have you tried changing the speeds of the mode or try other modes?

      I have probably used Gigabyte the most with the SYNC controller, I prefer their software right now as the best available and supports up to 300 LED. 

      Check some settings and play around with it, also make sure you are going into "Advanced Mode" not just that silly basic mode, so many more options in advanced.

    I'm trying to contact Thermaltake without success to provided emails.  I have issues with my PCI-E cable riser included in my core p3 snow. 
     
    Could you please let me know how to proceed ? I couldn't complete the RMA form in your support website as I can't find the serial number of the case, if you please let me know where is located I'll be happy to attach it.

      Hello,

      For the Core P Series, the serial number should be a small white sticker and it is normally located on the bottom middle of the chassis body.

      I would suggest to just call them and to be sure you got the correct email (I did not see you list which email you contacted) check our global contact list here:
