Just as a follow up to my previous comment, and as I did not hear back from you, I was in urgent need of a new CPU cooler, so I took some very careful measurements, and decided that the Frio Advanced would fit into my previously stated config, I went ahead and purchase the cooler, and I am happy to say that it does indeed fit. It's a tight fit, but there is no conflict between the CPU cooler and the RAM sticks, I post this information here for Thermaltake to use, and for anyone else with the same setup as me for confirmation.

Hi Thermaltake, I'm looking to replace my current Thermaltake V1 CPU cooler with the Frio OCK cooler, but I'm a little concerned about space. I'm using the ASUS Rampage II Extreme motherboard, with the Corsair Vengeance 24GB RAM. Thank you.
