Legit
Hi, my keyboard has only 1~2 weeks of use and I'm loving it, but I noticed a problem on the second day. (After updating firmware) The F10 light is not matching with others, I found a video with the same problem after searching through the forums: Funny thing is, when my Windows is still booting, it seems to works perfect. I already tried to reinstall the software. Five times! I am currently living in Japan, also Japanese version of the keyboard. Any support is welcome! Thanks so much! Legit
Hi, sorry for the very late reply. Tried anything, even formatting Windows and plugging on another computer but didn't work. Also I just noticed the macro key (Fn + F9) is not working too.
