    Hi! This is my first mechanical keyboard and it's been great to me but there's been a lot of chatter on it and even unresponsiveness from the same keys, especially on the top row. I'm not entirely sure what's wrong with it, but is there any way I can fix it or send it to ThermalTake to be fixed? Thanks!
