So I bought a Talon mouse in July 2016, and after only a few months it's developed a short in the cord and no longer works. I've kept the cord mostly folded up because it was much longer than I needed, and it only ever sits on my lap desk. There's no reason there should be a short in the cord. I sent a warranty claim three (THREE!!) weeks ago and I have not heard a single thing back from Thermaltake. I tried to contact the company again today so hopefully they get back to me, but this is incredibly frustrating. Is there any way I can contact the company and actually talk to a human being?
