Hi, Has anyone figured out a fix for this issue? I am having the same problem with my level 10m mouse

Hi, My thermaltake Level 10m Gaming mouse flashes its lights for a second when plugged into any computer, and then turns off and does not function at all. Windows pops up with a USB device malfunctioned notification, and the mouse is unusable. I have tried all usb ports on all my devices with no luck. I am on windows 10 home x64 if that makes any difference.
