    the 2 keys still do not work

    my - and + button on the numpad do not work. i just got the challenger prime keyboard the other day and because i covered some of the main keys in a clear nail polish to make the keys not weardown, i cant not return this keyboard. is this a common issue with this keyboard? i have never had a key board with keys that dont work. could this somehow be a softwear issue, it seems to me like keyboard is faulty.

    turn the brightness up, the dial on the keyboard changes colour brightness. set to low red and purple are the same colour
