So , I was playing PUBG the other night then all of sudden my Poseidon Z RGB (blue switch) stopped working, no lights and cannot be detected in device manager. I've tried reinstalling the drivers , test with other PC and laptop but its still not working, I've tried updating the firmware also but its says installed "firmware 0" and its not updating. Anyone knows whats the problem?. Thanks.
