Thanks Mike, That has worked, the software works now. Just short of a USB slot now >.<. I emailed TT in europe.

The software starts and works with no issues, when I connect the fan HUB to the Rear USB 3.0

I just installed my fans and they all work. I downloaded the Tt Riing RGB premium edition software, version 1.1.1. A black box pops up, and then windows says the programme isn't responding. The stand rainbow effect is getting really boring really fast, I'd love to change it thanks :-) My specs are r7 1700, mainboard: ASUS ROG Strix X370-F, Windows 10. If it matters: I have a NZXT USB hub, which the fan hub is connected to. But I can't even get the software to open, so I don't know if that is an issue yet.
