Um Version 1.1.205 It's still not work for me. I connecting the Riing Plus Controller cable to the motherboard's USB 2.0 Header directly and usb 2.0 ,3.0 back plate. The program is not responding when I open it.

I contacted the shop where I brought it but when used in the shop it work fine [system intel]. I try tell them It not work for my ryzen system. They did not belived me so they did not refunded or change new one for me. It was very wested money and time. I live in thailand what should I do.Please help me.
