Hi Thermaltake, I just want to ask, I bought this keyboard on the 1st quarter of 2016 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, but i went home to my own country around june 2016 for good. the problem is my keyboard starts to Double click, (v,b,i ect), some of the keys have to be press multiple times, some of the lightning starts to become weird. Is there any way i can avail the warranty? I'm aware that it has 5years on it. Im from Pampanga, Philippines. Thanks.
