I just grabbed the front of the case from the bottom and pulled on it and it just pops out. Just be careful you don't break anything and unlock the drive locking mechanism just to make sure.

Hello all. Due to ineptness on my part, I broke 2 of the front USB ports on my Level 10 GT case. I was wondering if there was anyone I can contact at Thermaltake Europe to purchase a replacement? I have tried contacting Thermaltake Global directly but to no avail and I can't seem to find any relevant contact details for closer to home.
