NedMess

I have just bought the Cronos Riing 7.1 RGB Headset. I connected them with Usb but the Mic was too low so i tryed to download the software from your site, for change RGB color and try to pull the Mic. The download was a .rar so I extracted and used the SetUp...The problem: SetUp doesn't take over the Headset, and so doesn't install the software. Can you help me please? I need to fix this Mic or is useless. Sorry for grammar.
