    Hello, I have the same problem. I come from germany and i bought the riing12 radiator fan TT Premium edition. But unfortunately my PC does not recognize the contoller. The fans are rotating and the led is red. My system is Asrock 970 Pro 3 R2.0 with 16gb ram + AMD FX 8320 + Radeon R9 270x 4gb / Windows 10 pro 64 bit please help me, thanks I just bought the set from an dealer here in germany
