I recently did my first custom hard-line tubing pc and I only purchased one 1L bottle of clear blue coolant T1000 and it wasn't enough to fully fill my reservoir. I have a spare bottle of C1000 coolant but I'm not sure if I can mix the two. Can anyone confirm?

iv'e recently built a pc and i purchased the Floe Riing TT premium 240 water cooler and after booting up my pc and playing some games i realised that my cpu was getting to 100+ degrees. iv'e felt the pipes and my radiator and they're both cold. do i have a faulty water cooler or have i installed it wrong?
