I need help, bought this keyboard a couple days ago and I have an IMac the software doesn’t work

Hello, I’m writing this the 10th of March 2018, and I need help. I bought and received my Poseidon RBG keyboard today and I plugged it in but the software wouldn’t open and was not supported my MAC OS (latest version). I need to know how to change this , I would like to customize my keyboard and I can’t find a way. Please help!
