Hello! I'm also having the software issues, but this time, software seems to work OK, until next windows restart - system shutdown. Software does not recognizes / finds the controller and I have to remove the power and usb cables, restart and plug them in and after that everything works again until next restart / shutdown. I have an Asus STRIX X399 Board + Threadripper 1950X + Windows 10 x64 I have three controllers, one of which is not sending any RGB signal to the fans, so the fans just spin but NO LED are working (controller worked OK for some days, then it switched to very dim red and after that no color at all, just spinning fans + not being recognized by the software) Thanks for help
