kewlmunky yes I did, I looked around today and seen for some reason if your sound is set to 5.1 it wont work, so I changed the settings to 7.1 and so far so good, garagified you should try that and see if it works. Thank you for you help!

I am having the same problem it will not open ever after a reinstall. I guess I will be taking the fans out and sending them back, very unpleased with this purchase
