I dont think this is right, as its working properly on 1 of my fans and it remembers the colour even after a reboot. Its just the other 3 that stop working.
If I close the software from the system tray they all revert to default. Its really confusing.

i also had this issue, i fixed it by pulling and replugging my fan cables from the controller.

i restarted my systemy set everything they way i wanted it and it worked ever since

I've heard them mention a few times they have a completely new software in the works. I hope it is almost done.

It would be nice if one could put fans into groups, and then one sets the lights and speed for each group.

i also heard that in the forum, but i can't find an official announcement or a confirmation.
group-fans settings sounds cool, but i think it would be  a lot more helpful if you could just custom-set every single fan

how hard can it be to rewrite the actual software, teszty did it in his free-time. it might not be perfectly polished and doesn't have a fancy UI, but it works. it's practical and does it's job

  3. tried everything possible, i can't get my fans set up in a custom way.

even if i jump across profiles and set everything random for each single fan: after clicking apply, my 2nd controller copys the 1st controller in every single way
same rpm , same brightness, same color scheme.. everything.

i already wrote TT nad hopefully they're gonna respond with sth helpful

  4. i have the same problem.
i want to set different rpm for my front intake fans, but if i click apply it applies to ALL my fans (even color settings)
i got my 3 front intake on controller 1 and my 3 exhaust and the pump on controller 2

tried to set controller 1 on the 1st profile and the second controller on the 2nd profile, still happening that everything is set the same.
even replugging everything aswell as reinstalling software didn't change the problem.
this software needs a huge update

i opened a thread a while ago, but noones seems to know anything and TT support is like not existent, they don't even answer emails

I haven't quite figured everything out, but it seems to be the case that when using profile 1 if you save settings it applies to the other controllers if they are also on profile 1. Try moving either controller to a different profile. However, this will mean you will need to manually adjust the color settings on devices on the other controller, should you wish them to match.

does this mean i have to cut the daisychaining and plug everything by itself?

  6. even if i set up another profile with the second controller, the first profile adapts it anyways

on profile 1 I deactivated my 2nd controller and made a new profile (2) with it

if i set up profile 2 / 2nd controller it even adapts the setting to profile 1 with the 2nd controller wether i deactivate it or not

  7. Hey,

I got the Floe Riing 360 Premium (Front, intk.) with 3 extra 120 Riing Plus fans (2x Top, 1x Back ,exh.)

I daisychained them on 2 controllers:
Radiator Fans in front are on controller 1 and my three exhausts and the pump are on controller 2.

the system itself woks fine, but I got a slightly negative Airflow so I want my front fans to have a slightly stronger intake.

Everytime i turn up the intake rpm and i save the settings it automatically applies to the fans on my second controller even without changing their profile.

the settings i give my position 1 fan on controller 1 also applies to my position 1 fan on controller 2

Did i connect something wrong or is this software -related?

it's the same with color schemes/settings, isn't it possible to customize every single fan?

    Thanks in Advance

  8. the software is much easier to work with as i exspected. very nice work here, you did way better than thermaltake!
for future updates (if intented) i suggest to implement a 'copy' function for color settings so you don't have to address every single LED everytime you set up a new profile for a fan.
but that's just 'nice-to-have'- stuff and depends on how much time or desire you have bringing that software further.

for now i'm glad you made this software all by yourself in your freetime, i appreciate that very much.

since i thought i'm left alone with the TT software restrictions, it's nice to see people like you , sharing their abilities to fix bad software and make it work way better than the original one.

sadly i still need to stick with TT's trash, since i cant set up a pump profile ( i own the TT floe riing premium 360), i don't know if the AiO works as intented when using your software so i guess i'll better be on the safe side.

maybe TT see's this and will overhaul their software
i'll still follow this thread an will see how it develops, ty so much for what you did, sir. keep up the good work

  9. Sorry, i was too busy this weekend and that's the reason i dind't give you a reply.

still no changes, it wont work..
I'm feeling  kinda dumb for asking this: do i create new  login data while installing or do i use my...forum login ?
to be honest i tried both and neither did work.

as you suggested i copied my event log :

if neccesary i can translate that into english, hopefully u can work with this information.
i want to use your software so badly

  10. ok, since i'm at work i will try when i'm back home.

separate fan rpm is essential for me since i don't need some  fans run the same speed like others all the time, the original software just copys settings from contr. 1 on contr. 2 what is kinda annyoing

gimme some time , i'll reply when i got results

  11. I finally registered here to answer.
I tried it myself the last two days , but could not get it working.
I followed your manual step-by-step but when i start running the Riing.gui, it tells me "waiting for  service".
I reinstalled again and again , clearing *.dll caches, disabled the original software and restarted. everything.

it wont work for me, there must be something i'm missing.

    may u help me out?

p.s. : does your software let me set different rpm for each fan, no matter what controller they're plugged to?
