Hello! Recently, the software for my riing plus rgb fan stopped working. The software icon would pop up in my system tray and, whenever I mouse over the icon, would immediately disappear. In the windows logs, I get an application error :

I have tried reinstalling the software listed in the support page of the product and I'm still encountering the same issue. I have also tried running my computer in clean mode, but to no avail. I would like some help with this issue. Thank you for your time.
