  1. I recently received a Neptune Elite RGB with Blue Mechanical Switches and it was working fine until today. I opened up the software to change my lighting profile and saw there was an update for the keyboard, so i clicked update. It downloaded the update then said it was complete but it had a start button underneath, so i clicked on that, causing the dialogue box to read "Update fail" and making the keyboard disconnect and stop working. I've tried uninstalling the software multiple times and trying the keyboard on different computers to no avail. Is there something i have done to break it and or something I can do to fix it? I am still within my warranty period but i there is nothing physically wrong with the keyboard it just wont work and i have no idea why.
  2. I have the exact same problem, as soon as I updated the software, the keyboard just completely shut off...
