yea i thought so too when i plugged everything but its only for the PLUS version of fans/controller. it doesnt work with standard Riing both fans and controller arent same as PLUS one.

I received not long ago View 71 RGB, fans work but no light, tried switching ports on controller, one or 2 light up but no control over them, seems like faulty controller. Then was browsing through TT website and found out there is a Riing PLUS version out there but nowhere to be found to buy it. https://www.thermaltake.com/Chassis/Full_Tower_/View/C_00003343/View_71_Tempered_Glass_RGB_Plus_Edition/design.htm Yet support send me link of standard View 71 rgb saying picture is for reference only while their website clearly shows otherwise. Thought if could somehow exchange those Riing RGB with extra payment perhaps for PLUS version ? since mine need RMA anyway.

i got one RGB version, its nice and all, fits everything... but seems like i got a faulty controller, fans spin but no lights, changing witching connections on controller only gets 1 or 2 to light up but no control over them. Secondly i have found out on their website there is PLUS version https://www.thermaltake.com/Chassis/Full_Tower_/View/C_00003343/View_71_Tempered_Glass_RGB_Plus_Edition/design.htm which isnt sold anywhere i looked online, yet support was trying to tell me there is only normal and pic was for reference while its not true, there 2 different RGB versions on TT website.

Thanks, I'll try switching fan ports. Can't cycle or change speed, looks like controller should have a light on it too which i doesn't seem to be working. I already did contact them but was hoping perhaps there is a solution to fix it without going through RMA process does it require molex from PSU ? because in instruction it doesnt show that, only one to controller and mobo 4pin and then 3 cables from fans to the controller, its either connect to mobo or direct to PSU from splitter which seems like doesn't make it any different.

Bought a view 71 rgb, fans spin but no light, connected to cha_fan via box provided... after few restarts on new PC, one of them lit up with red but cant change color. Any solutions?
