Does anyone know if the motherboard- msi z390 gaming plus, work with the - controller Thermaltake Sync TT Premium ??

So i got a new motherboard and i went to plug everything in and my radiator fans started up, but no LED. So i thought to go to the Program and turn on the controller as back to normal *they were working a day before. I open up TT RBG Plus and i get a controller error saying it's not connected and my error code was error Code: H_0x0001. So I'm wondering is this a controller issue or Wiring? or maybe something else?
