  1. Hello, I own a Toughpower Grand RGB 750W Gold and am running it in the smart fan / zero noise mode, as it is way too loud for me when running the fan at 100% all the time. However, every time the fan spins down or up (sometimes every mouse click in certain applications), the fan makes a short rattling sound. While I'm not sure what the cause of this is, how feasible would it be to fix this myself? Is it possible that applying a little lubricant to the fan's bearing will fix this? Edit: It only makes said noise when the fan is pointing downwards. When i put my pc case on the side, the sound is basically not noticeable. It just dawned on me that maybe the fan is designed to face up inside the case? I'll try mounting it face up tomorrow to see if that also removes the noise. Edit: turning the PSU fan face up fixed the issue. leaving this here for others with the same problem.
