Hi I've connected the Floe riing 360 controller to my USB 2.0 hub on my motherboard. 5 pcs. 9 pin connection on the 3 pcs of their own fans 2 sine riing plus 12 fans will install. Then the other of the USB 2.0 cable of this controller will be connected to the riing plus controller and I will install the fans on all of the 5 pin inputs on the 5 pin. So how many notches will I open behind the first controler floe riing? what next? I am making errors here and so I can not see the devices in the software.

Hello I have recently installed tt floe riing 360 mm sogucu motherboard installed. I have also installed 2 riing plus 12 fan sets, but I can only see the floe riing 360 controller in the software. How can I see other controllers in the software? Not what I did. Would you please help?

Hello there. I have that same problem. I just bought a new floe riing 360 and two riing plus rgb. With the software I can only change the colors and speed settings of the fans on the heaters, but when I connect the other fans with the controller, I can't get any results. Can you help me?
